When you experience such a fundamental change,
that your house-of-cards, so to speak, is lying flat on the ground,
you realize that putting it all back together as it was, just won’t do.
In fact it is truly impossible.
It’s much like Adam and Eve in the garden,
with a fundamental change of perception and no point of return.
You are out on the edge, past the horizon,
and the old ways as you understood them
just don’t have a place anymore.
It is not philosophical, or theological
or any other kind of thought construct.
It is real, and everything really, truly, objectively, and intuitively,
looks, feels, smells, and even taste different.
And, you begin again.
